BELTON Ellic – Double Bass Acoustic Stopper
Belton Ellic is the acoustic evolution for concert of the acoustic cello and double bass endpin stopper Belton Grafit. Its clean elliptical design and its construction in aeronautical carbon fiber and stainless steel bowl of high hardness, bring to this innovative model excellent acoustic qualities.
Belton EllicĀ performs the functions of a acoustic stopper that increases the acoustic projection and sound volume of cellos and double basses, providing a considerable increase in the production of harmonics and dynamic range, as well as ease of execution and response speed.
Belton Ellic includes an acoustic device in the interior design of its structure that acts as a vibration dispersion inhibitor, largely preventing the vibration of the instrument from being absorbed by the ground and, consequently, preventing the loss of acoustic energy.
Belton Ellic incorporates three high-performance removable adhesive discs on the back, usable for more than a thousand applications and that can be washed with water and hand soap gel to remove dirt, thus recovering its strong and safe adhesion on the pavement. To ensure the proper functioning of Belton Ellic, the contact area with the floor must be clean of dust and rosin.
Belton Ellic incorporates a small lever made of carbon fiber for removal as well as three removable replacement adhesives.
Before placing the endpin of the instrument on the Belton Ellic adhere this to the floor exerting a slight force with your foot on the small steel bowl. If this precaution is not taken, the adhesive discs could turn on themselves, canceling their main function. The white dot and the logo stopper should be placed in front position.
Taxes / VAT and shiping not included.
Dimensions: 178 x 124mm
Total Height: 11mm
Total weight: 265gr.
Central bowl: Made of high hardness 316 stainless steel.
Body: manufactured in T700 aeronautical carbon fiber with prepreg fibers. The structure has been built following a fiber arrangement at 0Āŗ, 45Āŗ and 90Āŗ to offer maximum resistance.
Adhesive disc: made of high-performance removable adhesive silicone polyurethane with a 3M permanent adhesive side that should be placed on the opposite side of the floor.
When the adhesive disc loses its grip it can be washed just with water or water and hand soap. It should be dried gently with a towel and never with paper, since it will stick on the adhesive
disc. If that was the case, wash again with water until the paper is removed and adhesion is regained.
ATTENTION: Before placing the endpin of the instrument on the Belton Ellic adhere this to the floor exerting a slight force with your foot on the small steel bowl. If this precaution is not
taken, the adhesive discs could turn on themselves, canceling their main function.
Belton Ellic is supplied a small lever made of carbon fiber for removal as well as three removable replacement adhesives.
To ensure the proper functioning of Belton Ellic the contact area with the floor must be clean from dust and rosin.
***The white dot and the logo stopper should be placed in front position.

Dear JosĆ© MarĆa,
I am incredibly satisfied and surprised by the discovery of your sound enhancement creations. You have taken a different and brave path with yourĀ FASTERĀ innovations and the result is amazing.
Harmonics, volume, quality, ease, response, projection and, in short, a barrage of sound withĀ FASTER Artica Cello endpinĀ andĀ BELTON Grafit & Ellic Cello Stoppers. Iāve never tried anything like it, nothing so overwhelming.
This is renewable energy, donāt miss it on your cello!

Dear Jose Maria,
I have installed the FASTER Silver ā Violin on my Stradivari and it instantly produced an immediate and amazing effect on the instrument. All potential of the violin in my view goes big step up.
Bravo! -

Dear Jose Maria, I must say that yourĀ FASTERĀ is without a doubt the most amazing violin accessory I have ever owned.
On my violin it makes the sound much broader and more complete. Iāve had a pretty big wolf on the G string. With theĀ FasterĀ itās completely gone.
I installed theĀ FASTER SilverĀ and adjusted the violin at the same time, and since then the sound of my violin has remained constant and unchanged despite travel and seasonal changes.
Thank you very much and congratulations!

I am very grateful, impressed and unexpectedly surprised to have received my violin G.B. Guadagnini back, after great Luthier Mr. Lozano has done a new set up and introduced to me and my violin his incredible invention, the FASTER.
I couldnāt believe during every day violin playing how much it improved and changed the sound to even fuller, more colorful, projecting sound, giving clearance and making sound production easier.
Truly a miracle!
I only can recommend and wish to all fellow string players to have the luck to experience the same.
The FASTER is truly an unbelievable and visionary invention that will become very popular and perhaps inevitable.
Thank you. -

Dear JosĆ© MarĆa, withĀ FASTER, you have come up with a marvelous invention that has no adverse effects on the health and sound of the instrument.
There is no physical alteration to the instrument since the setup method entails a conical adaptor that makes it unnecessary to modify the end button. Consequently, there is no reason not to try it.
As regards sound,Ā FASTERĀ can enhance the harmonics of any amplitude because its task is to eliminate any conflict between tones. That brings about a large sound flow that comes quickly out of the violin, thus resulting in a more natural and relaxed manner of playing and the elimination of right-arm frictions.
The lack of conflict during the tone production allows us to reach performing speeds that previously demanded effort, with total clarity. Besides, it softens or eliminates wolf tones.
When playing double stops on the A and E strings, Tartiniās third tones are at all times noticeable, and they rarely are.
The feeling of touching the strings with the bow is more pleasant, and you can put up more weight without disrupting the sound. You can increase bow speed without it slipping, and, likewise, achieve longer steady sounds. When you play chords, as in Bach, low tones keep persistently ringing.
The quality of the sound becomes more beautiful. It might seem brighter, but that is an early impression, it is just more fluent and transparent. Besides, had the violin a nasal sound,Ā FASTERĀ gets to transform it.
Try to play double-harmonic passages, and you will notice apparent ease of performance. I had that same feeling when I borrowed a Guarneri del GesĆ¹ for a year.
I forgot something important: you can perceive a good amount of sound in the right ear because the sound projection is such that you can hear it from far away.
Bravo, maestro, for your ingenuity, wisdom, and talent in going into the production and quality of sound.
Much appreciated

Since I started to use theĀ FASTER Artica 600 Titanium and SilverĀ cello endpins, I have noticed the sound of my cello more round, noble, and generous. They increase sound projection to a large extent, and also the quality of my instrument. Besides, I feel more comfortable at playing, allowing me to produce a malleable sound.
They are undoubtedly the best endpins I have ever had, and I am sure many cellists will feel the same way when they get one.
I am sure it will be my celloās best ally for many years to come.
