FASTER’s acoustic end-buttons are made, assembled, and calibrated by hand. This process requires six hours of highly specialized craftsmanship to deliver exceptional acoustic results.
F A S T E R PRO Silver have been successfully tested on numerous fine violins. It processes the residual air produced in the instrument’s soundbox to create natural-sounding amplification.
F A S T E R PRO Silver increases volume, acoustic stability under pressure and humidity variations, harmonics production, dynamic range, sound projection, tonal quality, ease of performance, and the lifetime of the strings. It also, in most cases it reduces wolf tones and in specific cases it helps to eliminate it, and provides other nice features that will undoubtedly make your life easier, at least, when performing.
A FASTER is forever. When you need to change your FASTER to another violin, simply purchase a replacement FASTER cone, adapt it to the new instrument and attach the FASTER.

Taxes / VAT and shipping not included
Replace the old end-button with FASTER Pro Silver and adjust the supplied cone (angle: 1:30) to the hole of the instrument’s end-button.
Mark and cut the outer and inner part of the cone and place FASTER Pro Silver in. The cone opening line must be positioned to the left or right of the instrument (#3).
Usable cone diameter: 9.8 to 7.2mm.
FASTER Pro Silver is placed in the position shown in image #1.
Viewed from the back of the end-button, the white dot (a) should remain perpendicular to the top and the back as shown in image #2.
A silicone plug is included to prevent air leakage, but also to be able to perform sound tests.

The FASTER Artica endpins improve the sound enormously, and also the instrument’s response. Its reaction is more pleasant, and an improvement in the string resonance is noticeable both in the bow and the left hand.
In my case and my instrument, it considerably increases the sound value. It is not only a matter of power and brightness but also of sound quality.
I have tried two endpins, the Artica Titanium and the Artica Silver. With the titanium model, the sound gets more rounded, and the range of harmonics is much better than with a regular endpin. The feeling with the silver model is similar, although, in my opinion, the sound quality is much better, being much more round and refined.

I have the privilege of having been the first to try the FASTER Silver, created by José María Lozano.
The sound quality produced by the FASTER Silver is excellent. In addition to the FASTER Titanium features, caused by faster physical functioning and air movement inside the instrument, you can produce better dynamics.
The intensity that the sound acquires is physically perceptible in the hands so far that it becomes rather pleasant, as when making dough for bread. The ease of execution increases, and so does the emission rate. Doing better seems impossible, but you never know with him. The attainable bow attack is impressive. It produces many more harmonics. To sum up, as much as it may cost, given the results, it is a low price.
